Total Energy Solutions Scotland Limited ("we", "us") is a heating and renewables business registered in Scotland (company number SC376461) at 25 Muirfield Grove, Gullane, EH31 2EW. What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form on our contact page, we receive the details you choose to give us: typically your name, phone number, postcode, address and a description of the work you need. The contact form and the chat window on this site are provided by LeadConnector, the customer system we use. What you type into them is sent to us through that system and stored there so we can reply.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, register manufacturer warranties, and keep records we are legally required to hold. Where you are applying for a grant, such as the Home Energy Scotland heat pump grant, we give you the quote and technical details your application needs, and share details with our installation partner only with your consent.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons (such as call and WhatsApp) get used, so we can improve the site. It sets first-party cookies for that purpose only, we have switched off Google's advertising features, and the data is not used to target ads. You can turn it off at any time with the button below, and it stays off on this browser. The chat window may store a small amount of information in your browser so a conversation can continue between pages. Our reviews panel is loaded from ReputationHub. Some pages embed a Google Map, which may set cookies from Google, and our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. See Google's own privacy policy for how it handles that data. Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

Turn off analytics

Sharing and retention

We never sell your data. We share it only where needed to do the job: for example with boiler manufacturers for warranty registration or with scheme administrators for grant paperwork. We keep job records for as long as needed to honour guarantees and meet legal and tax obligations, typically six years.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Contact us using the details above.
